Your Responsibilities
As an Account Manager for John Deere Financial, you will:
- Generate incremental finance volume from assigned accounts by managing program development, pricing negotiation, and program execution within the US and where applicable Canada.
- Lead point of contact to Agribusiness strategic national accounts focused on building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with the ultimate goal of becoming a trusted advisor to the respective relationships.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional internal resources and John Deere enterprise teams to support the business objectives of strategic national accounts.
- Manage ongoing sales support activities with key assigned accounts to ensure long term profitable customer relationships.

What Skills You Need
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- 5 years of experience selling to key Ag retailers and/or manufacturers.
- Proven relationship building capabilities with complex organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complicated sales situations, channel relationships and critical customer situations with the capability of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful solutions.
- 7 years of demonstrated Agribusiness sales and marketing skills.
- Insight driven with strong analytical skills.

Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Sales, Marketing, Finance or Agricultural Sciences discipline.
- 7 years related experience.
