Perform miscellaneous jobs within the dealership as directed by management. This may include errands, washing vehicles, janitorial and other duties.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related degree or equivalent additional experience in the hotel industry

7+ years of hotel management experience

Works with Revenue Management team to develop effective pricing strategies, balancing seasonality, economy, customer segments, property objectives and customer satisfaction;

Inspect and keep loaner vehicle fleet clean

Deliver/Move sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order

Clean shop area, take out garbage, use floor scrubber to keep shop always looking good.

Shuttle customers and parts as needed

Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management

Must have basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products and operation of standard cleaning equipment.

Washes all hard floor areas (linoleum, tile, etc.) by hand to remove dirt and soiled areas.

Strips bed of all linen and remakes with fresh, checking bedspread, blankets and bed pads for cleanliness, replacing if soiled.

Lifts mattresses to check for soil between mattresses and under bed.

Secures and maintains custody of equipment, keys and supplies at all times in order to protect and preserve hotel property.
