The primary responsibility of the Account Executive, Enterprise Auto is to oversee the sales efforts, operations and growth of our Automotive industry. This is a quota carrying role with expectations of sales disciplines around prospecting, qualifying, nurturing and closing deals while achieving / surpassing budget. The individual will focus on expanding our footprint in our existing large dealer groups customers under MSA, as well as, expanding net new logos of large MM/Enterprise dealerships (15 rooftop groups or more) and penetrate the OEM space.
The individual will work closely with the Alliance Team and build out a GTM ecosystem that includes strategic partners in automotive CRM, SIs, Media, DMS, CDP and more. The individual will also partner tightly with the Auto CSM team who are responsible for the day to day account management and look for expansion opportunities. The Account Executive, Enterprise Auto will also drive market requirements back to product and engineering in order to ensure Conversica’s offerings are surpassing market expectations.

The individual will demonstrate and provide a remarkable sales, negotiating, critical thinking and a teamwork environment. Perform weekly sales cadence as a core discipline.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Inform, maintain, and engage all Conversica Executive Team in Partner Success.
  • Partner with our Marketing Team on Automotive Messaging, Trade Shows, Forums to keep Conversica in the forefront of consideration.
  • Demonstrate competitive spirit to perform at his / her best.
  • Work with CS to ensure increasing quality and sustainability.
  • Achieve / Exceed monthly and quarterly commit for new auto bookings.
  • Partnership and teaming mindset.
  • Coordinate and Complete weekly 1:1’s with team and QTR Reviews.
  • Ensure tracking, forecasting and new auto bookings are correct and counted.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and pipeline
  • Continue to learn, demo, and communicate Conversica’s product offerings to partners, prospects and adjacent industry players to ensure we stay relevant
  • Work with the Customer Success Team to assist and ensure success, identify areas of improvement, and reduce churn.
  • Define, coach, train on the sales process for new joiners
  • Player/coach that also looks for new partners/resellers
  • Ensure one Executive Leader is assigned to each Partner for high level visibility with Partner Leaders.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong automotive sales background
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive ecosystem: CRM, DMS, CDP, etc.
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets, goals and commitments.
  • Resilience / Revenue Obtainment.
  • Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity.
  • Teamwork / Collaboration / Lead by Example.
$140,000 - $150,000 a year
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $140,000/year to $150,000/year with OTE of $182,000/year - $195,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
