Job Description

The Role:


The Account Executive will be responsible for: identifying and acquiring new business, hitting projected revenue goals, analyzing assigned territories and the overall market to identify any gaps and strategizing ways to persist and perform, and both establishing and maintaining consultative relationships with clients discussing their needs and specific organizational marketing challenges they are facing highlighting how ISMG can accommodate and assist through our advanced industry knowledge and utilizing our customized targeted solutions and strategies.


Responsibilities:


  • Present, promote, and sell using solid arguments to prospective and existing clients.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships.
  • Analyze the territory and market potential to maximize opportunity and revenue growth, tracking sales and providing weekly/monthly/quarterly status reports.
  • Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and industry/market trends.
  • Supply management with reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new and existing offerings.
  • Identify and acquire new clients through diligent and targeted outreach via cold-call/email.
  • Generate RFP opportunities through meetings and constant correspondence.
  • Develop a high level understanding of ISMG's offerings and strong base level knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape to elevate prospecting communication with clients.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Guide campaign process including generating agreements, leading kickoff calls and providing client support from beginning to end of each campaign engagement. In some instances client account management will be required.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Create and pitch proposals which include media plans, content and creative services.


Requirements & Desired Experience:


  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in meeting sales quotas.
  • Must have sales methodology experience with (MEDDIC/Challenger/Value Selling or Other formal process).
  • Familiarity with SalesForce and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • 3 to 7 years of field Sales experience managing and driving a complex sales campaign.
  • Proven work experience as an individual contributor within a B2B sales environment closing mainly new business.
  • Ability to create and deliver high level presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Strong knowledge of the evolving B2B digital marketing landscape as it pertains to enterprise level organizations as well as start-ups.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Excellent selling, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding time management, prioritizing, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Master (Preferred) in related fields.
  • Driven, self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic with a solution-oriented and results-driven mindset.
