About Our Client
My client is a rapidly expanding international online retailer specializing in home, garden, and DIY products. With a presence in 31 countries and counting, they have become a global leader in e-commerce.

  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies, including personalized recommendations, loyalty programs, and targeted promotions, to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales, increase customer acquisition, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers, such as web developers, agencies, and payment gateways, to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance of our online platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to identify opportunities and adapt our e-commerce approach accordingly.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, product availability, and fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Conduct regular analysis of website performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, logistics, and customer support, to ensure alignment and integration of e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce, and proactively implement innovative strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage and optimize the performance of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth functionality, user-friendly navigation, and seamless transactions.
  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management, highlighting key performance metrics, sales trends, and recommendations for improvement.

The Successful Applicant
  • Creative mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and e-commerce software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of website analytics, SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CMS, and digital marketing tools.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail industry.
  • At least 5 years' experience in ecommerce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Native (or near to fluent) in English and other language(s) are a plus
  • Experience with data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from metrics.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
