Overview The Division Training Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for a specific division within an organization. The Division Training Manager works closely with the Human Resources department to ensure that the training programs are effective and meet the needs of the organization. Detailed Job Description The Division Training Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for a specific division within an organization. The Division Training Manager will work closely with the Human Resources department to ensure that the training programs are effective and meet the needs of the organization. The Division Training Manager will also be responsible for creating and delivering training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. The Division Training Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external training providers and vendors. • 5+ years of experience in training and development
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
