Training Manager Jobs

We are looking for a Training Manager to join the Solution Services team in Pittsburgh. In this role, you will be deployed throughout implementation and BAU to provide both end-user and train-the-trainer training across all of Opus 2’s LegalTech solutions. We require a smart, hardworking and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently deliver technical training clearly and precisely.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain a record of all client training including who has attended and how long the session lasted
• Create and adapt training content / materials required to deliver and support all educational activities
• Ensure client success and offer support after initial training has been conducted to build long lasting relationships with clients.
• Become a domain expert in solution areas, understand the competitive landscape and be able to articulate the benefits of the Opus 2 platform
• Support, and eventually lead, training workshops to include custom / adhoc training to end-clients
• Lead training sessions on the Opus 2 software ensuring participants can make full use of the solution
• Organise and plan training sessions with clients to ensure their core needs are covered
• Record and review customer feedback captured during training, to pass feedback to necessary internal stakeholders, and close the loop by reverting to the original client with comments / resolutions
• Become a trusted advisor to our clients
• Communicate the Opus 2 product and solution vision with clients in order to reinforce our leadership position in the market
• Deliver training to internal teams to include new solution areas and product enhancements and new features

Requirements

Person Specification

• Extremely well organised
• Proactive and flexible attitude to work in a fast-paced software company
• Professional, courteous and confident communicator
• Previous work experience within LegalTech is advantageous.
• Bright, engaging and thinks on their feet
• A good understanding of computer hardware and software
• Ability to work on their own initiative
• 2+ years’ experience in a software training role
