I am looking to speak to experienced recruitment professionals based in the NYC area to join my client in the Fintech and eTail space based in the Financial District.

• Average fee at the business is $50k. The biggest deal was worth over $500k!! That consultant took over $180k in commission for one deal...
• They specialize in senior to C-suite level appointments
• They work with huge sports and entertainment brands including Formula 1, Lakers, Nike and much more

What they need from you:

• A strong BD record - have you built out a market before? How successful have you been at bringing in new business?
• 3+ years full desk recruitment experience
• Market experience in Fintech, Tech, Etail, Finance, Professional Services etc...
• A strong billing record (350k+)

Management or Individual Contributor:

There are two routes to go down at this business.

Management: Inherit junior consultants from day 1 or look to hire into your own team (includes overrides).

Individual Contributor: Maximise individual earnings through running your own desk with no immediate intention to hire / manage.
