The Role
We are looking for our first Training Manager to lead the Post-Sales team toward full user adoption with tailored and robust platform trainings. These training sessions can include on-site presentations, online material through our Learning Management System, and even special webinar content. You are passionate about the voice of the customer and that all workflows are implemented by all of our customers is your top priority. You care deeply about building relationships and genuinely enjoy teaching customers how best to use a product. As the first of its kind, this role is critical in the early stages of customer onboarding and the right candidate will need to be a meticulous executioner, an entrepreneurial driver, and a polished, patient, and persuasive communicator.

About You
- You are energized when working directly with customers and crave a role at the intersection of user engagement and product adoption
- You thrive under pressure and have the ability to be flexible/nimble in ambiguous situations
- You are passionate about teaching elegant solutions for complex data analysis problems to customers who need it most
- You consistently pursue excellence and have a desire for deep meaning in your work
- You bring a curious and humble mindset to collaboratively solving difficult customer challenges with other team members
- Located in the United States, preferably in California
- Strong presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills
- Significant experience in the enterprise software space, startup experience also a plus
- 3-7 years of experience training/onboarding customers to adopt technical software solutions
- Ability to empathetically listen to synthesize user feedback and be the first line of support during onboarding
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts to a diverse audience
- Relevant experience working with the public sector, law enforcement preferred
