Generates and reviews reports (metrics, usage, audit, KPI, etc.) for vendor management scorecards

Detailed Shift Schedule: FT Days, Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30am-5:30pm

Extremely self-motivated with strong time management

Proven track record of the highest honesty and integrity

1 year recent verifiable stick welding experience preferred

Apply welding techniques to achieve visually and structurally sufficient welds

Ensure product and process quality through self-inspection of finished products

Accurately read and interpret blue prints/plans, sketches and verbal instructions

Perform duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations

There is occasional heavy lifting and working in both hot and cold work environments

Assists with the writing of the emergency management plan.

Utilizes research information to assist in determining resource management strategies.

Discusses job responsibilities, required skills, state policies, philosophy and goals.

Schedules park interpretive programs, resource management activities, and special events.

Attends and maintains training for required certifications.

Identifies and interviews individuals knowledgeable of park resources.

Partners with HRD and HRM to handle FAQ’s of the Pack related to benefits, pack perks, and other HR related topics.

Demonstrates a working knowledge of federal and state employment law.

Effectively manages open job requisitions based on business needs.

Minimum of 1 year previous HR or similar experience

Human Resources certification or other specialized training

Previous experience in hotel/resort/theme park industry

Must have good working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid.

Administers the Medicare program appropriately.

Review Medicare charts to determine coverage, communication on aspects of care to staff for documentation.

Provide information as requested to Medicare intermediate, Mass Pro, or other insurance providers.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee.

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a nurse in Massachusetts.

Meet with participant each month to receive Monthly Eligibility Report. Enter current information into the TAS system monthly.

Review participant work log each month to ensure participant is meeting work hours.

Knowledge of the English Language

Basic knowledge of tool handling required with heavy highway construction

OSHA 10 and PPE Preferred; Company will send to training, if needed

Job site housekeeping (i.e. material handling, tool and equipment maintenance and general labor)

Driving company vehicles to and from job sites

May be called upon at the discretion of management to perform any other duties assigned and/or assist other areas as necessary.

Higher pay for skilled operators of heavy equipment with mining and quarry experience.

Operators with 5 or more years of mining or relevant heavy equipment experience starting at $30.00/hr.

At least two years of proficient experience operating heavy equipment preferred.

Experience operating various pieces of heavy equipment – dozer, track hoe, loader, haul truck, skid steer, and others.

Preference to experience operating a front-end loader for production in a quarry or similar type of setting.
