We are seeking a talented and passionate Gaming Talent Coordinator to join our team in Chicago. As a Talent Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our roster of gaming content creators, assisting in their day-to-day operations, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the agency. You will work closely with talent managers, sponsors, and content creators to help drive the success and growth of our creators.

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate all aspects of our influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for gaming content creators, fostering strong working relationships and providing regular support and guidance.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appearances for creators, ensuring their availability aligns with client needs.
  • Assist in the coordination of contracts, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and provide regular reports to creators and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining an organized and up-to-date talent database, ensuring accurate records of creators' profiles, contracts, and communication.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sponsorship opportunities and assist in the development of sponsorship proposals.
  • Support creators in maintaining their online presence, including social media platforms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and new monetization opportunities to provide valuable insights to creators.


Qualifications:


  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong attention to accuracy and follow-through.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry, content creation, and social media platforms including Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Passion for gaming and a keen interest in the creator economy.
  • 2-3 years of experience in talent management, gaming, or a related industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools, such as G Suite and project management software. Knowledge of ClickUp and HubSpot is a huge plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business) or equivalent experience.
