We are looking for a Heartist who is truly passionate about all aspects of human resources operations. This position will be available from estimated September 1, 2023 through January 31, 2024.

What You Will Be Doing


  • Assist with the day-to-day administration and coordination of all activities within the Talent & Culture Department including: filing, photocopying, collating, mail, courier, phone and fax; typing of correspondence, reports, charts, tables, brochures and other collateral materials; maintaining a confidential, accurate and organized filing system;
  • Help to facilitate internal movements, transfers, retirements, resignations
  • Help to coordinate activities to increase hotel visibility and/or attract talent
  • Ensure that the colleague and the guest are at the center of everything that Talent & Culture does
  • Ensure we are the example of the Hotel in being the role model for all Accor Hotels philosophy of creating an environment where each and every member of the Talent and Culture Team and Hotel is recognized and feels valued for their contribution.
  • Confidentiality and Professionalism is met at all times.
  • Ensure we meet all Accor Standards according to the Annual Audit.
  • Support the Talent & Culture department to ensure the property has the right colleague in the right role.
  • Promote, live and demonstrate Company Values.
  • Engage in Talent & Culture social media platforms to promote the property and its’ employee value proposition
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees
  • Ensure the file maintenance is upkept and meets Accor and the standards of the Law.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records on employees files;
  • Ensure that all team members feel trusted and valued for their contribution
  • Ensure the processes and workflow are met in compliance with the law and Accor standards.


Qualifications


Your experience and skills include:


  • Ability to work independently and has good initiative;
  • Flexible, able to embrace and respond to change effectively;
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of colleagues;
  • Ability to support a collaborative environment;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources role, preferred
  • Hotel operation experience is desirable;
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and participative.
  • Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse backgrounds;
