Overview The HR Services Associate Jr. is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This includes providing assistance with employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and responding to inquiries from employees and managers. Detailed Job Description The HR Services Associate Jr. is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This includes providing assistance with employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, responding to inquiries from employees and managers, and providing general administrative support. The HR Services Associate Jr. will also be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters. Additionally, the HR Services Associate Jr. will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
