This includes providing assistance with employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, responding to inquiries from employees and managers, and providing general administrative support. The HR Services Associate Jr. will also be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters. Additionally, the HR Services Associate Jr. will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Job Skills Required
