Consulting with business owners, managers, and/or employees of our clients regarding policy questions and/or basic employee relations and benefit matters
Previous payroll software experience, leave administration, benefits administration strongly desired
Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, utilizing exceptional written/verbal communication skills, professional demeanor, client savvy, and business acumen.
Data entry/maintenance of employee data in client HRIS and payroll systems
Composing offer letters and ensuring completion of all applicable employment documents and new hire forms
Minimum of three (3) years of recent HR experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, priorities, and interruptions

The HR Services Associate Jr. will also be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters. Additionally, the HR Services Associate Jr. will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Job Skills Required
