Overview The It Service Desk Field Technician is responsible for providing technical support to customers and employees in the field. The technician must be able to work independently and be able to quickly and accurately diagnose and resolve customer issues. Detailed Job Description The It Service Desk Field Technician is responsible for providing technical support to customers and employees in the field. The technician must be able to work independently and be able to quickly and accurately diagnose and resolve customer issues. The technician must also be able to provide technical support to customers and employees in the field, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
