This includes analyzing data, developing reports, and providing recommendations to the HR team. The Senior Human Resources Analyst is also responsible for providing guidance and support to the HR team in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and recruitment. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
