Overview The Senior Human Resource Generalist is responsible for providing a wide range of human resource services and support to the organization. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The Senior Human Resource Generalist is also responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Detailed Job Description• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics, such as performance management, employee relations, and compliance
• Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Assist with employee training and development initiatives
• Develop and implement employee recognition programs
• Monitor and analyze employee data to identify trends and recommend solutions
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed
Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act
• Knowledge of best practices in Human Resources
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Experience in employee relations and benefits administration
