Job Description

Look no further, Human Resources Professionals! Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist/Manager to join our client's dynamic manufacturing organization. As the HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and implementing all human resources activities to support the workforce of talented individuals. You will work alongside a group of HR professionals that truly come together as a team on all levels to move the organization forward. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in human resources and proactively recommend improvements to HR processes and policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination on HR-related initiatives.
  • Conduct regular training programs for employees and management on topics such as performance management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the manufacturing organization.
  • Manage the compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, incentives, and employee benefits packages.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement, growth, and development.
  • Oversee the administration of payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR-related matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.



Qualifications:

  • Proficient in HRIS systems and other relevant HR software.
  • Professional certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are desirable.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
