• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics, such as performance management, employee relations, and compliance
• Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Assist with employee training and development initiatives
• Develop and implement employee recognition programs
• Monitor and analyze employee data to identify trends and recommend solutions
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed
