Experience drafting press releases and media advisories and proactively pitching stories and collaborations, ideally in a U.S. Government context.

Strong relationships and experience with media engagement and experience working with U.S. and African media.

Experience drafting a wide range of communications products, including fact sheets, success stories, talking points, and briefing papers.

Salary: $72,870-$114,510 (actual pay will vary based on candidate qualifications & experience)

Minimum 5 years experience in global sourcing or purchasing environment, with at least 2 years sourcing LDPE products.

Strong analytical, negotiating, and relationship skills.

Strong communication skills to influence and persuade cross-functional teams and company leadership.

Sourcing and procuring Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) recycled film and pellets.

Sourcing and securing new suppliers, building relationships, and executing the sourcing strategy.

Strong category management & marketing experience

Manage suppliers as it relates to new product launches & distributions, ongoing inventory planning for weekly store needs and major promotions.

Solid retail experience & understanding

Extensive experience in developing & working with data, analysis, and reporting solutions.

Experience in deriving actions & recommendations from data analysis and consumer insights

High level of technical skills in Microsoft Office and other data analysis tools

Conduct regular technology reviews to Executive staff and management.

Own the supplier performance management of their respective commodities, which includes key delivery, quality, cost, and innovation metrics.

Collaborate internally, negotiate the right tradeoffs, solicit cooperation and resolve problems, and advance new supplier or product offerings.

Manage and lead the operations effort of developing new and adaptations of existing technologies for Anduril.

10+ years of experience in sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and/or supply chain.

Previous experience collaborating with outsourced manufacturing partners.

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Experience as a product manager or owner

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with end to end product delivery

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

2-3 years of experience in sales or category management within the retail consumer packaged goods.

Demonstrated success in category management or sales, including experience leading customer presentations

Good communication skills (both verbal and written); presentation experience preferred

Experience in the fresh-cut industry preferred.

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Travel to customer meetings, as needed and as requested.
