5+ years experience managing, training and developing people

Strong data and analytical skills that drive decisions and move the business forward

Must have demonstrated strong negotiation skills

Experience directly managing, or working for a vendor within Produce and Fresh Proteins.

Must have significant knowledge of Merchandising, Financial Planning, and overall Supply Chain

5 years of category management experience (Advisor/Category Captain experience preferred)

5 years experience in analyzing and interpreting data and team/project management experience

Lead category management and insights' initiatives for the PepsiCo Beverage portfolio at Walmart

Ensure continual training and development to enhance business knowledge and analytical skills

Communicate insights and best in class results to divisional/corporate personnel, as well as, other Category Management Team Members.

Lead and train Sales Analyst in category management initiatives including business analysis, insights development, and modular processes.

+5 years of experience working with a consumer goods company (Category Management and/or Shopper Insights preferred)

Experience in category management supporting Walmart

Demonstrated knowledge of category management philosophies, tools and processes and proven record of success

Strong project management, organizational, communication and presentation skills

Partner with Walmart on shelf space management strategies, shelf space allocation, new item placement, create assortment planning, and SKU rationalization adjacencies

Senior Indirect Category Manager - Remote - USA

Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure they meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for the assigned category

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical sourcing practices

7+ years of procurement experience

Develop, lead, and manage supply chain strategy and supply base for Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) recycled film and pellets

Minimum 4 years’ experience in global sourcing or purchasing environment, with at least 2 years sourcing LDPE products

Strong analytical, negotiating, and relationship skills

Strong communication skills to influence and persuade cross functional teams and company leadership
