The position will be hybrid and could be based in any of our division office locations.


What you will be doing

As a Senior Director in the Catalyst- Category Development Team, you'll be responsible for developing our merchandising strategy, tactics and assortment alongside our merchant leadership and cross functional partners.


The Senior Director will drive our process from customer research, historical analytics, external market data and trends through the Winning Model and deliver a market beating assortment hand in hand with our NCD’s to our entire chain. You will be responsible to meet sales targets, market share, operational efficiency targets and financial goals.

*The salary range is $135,800 to $190,500 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation Pay (accrued based on hours worked) or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility). Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus. *

What we are searching for


Qualifications:

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing from a four-year college or university, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience within Grocery or CPG businesses with at least 5 of those years in a leadership position.

  • 20% Travel
