Head of People and Culture | up to $200K plus bonus

Celebrated Retail Brand is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join their team as the Head of People and Culture. As a champion of culture, the Head of People and Culture will work directly with business leaders to recruit and retain quality people to the organization while ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations apply, you would also implement people systems and processes, and lead a passionate Human Resources team that inspires from within. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional support services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compliance. 10+ years of experience in Logistics/Distribution environment and/or hospitality industry would be ideal along with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
