2+ years pharmacy or pharmaceutical distribution experience

Any experience as Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT. strongly preferred

Any analytics or transaction monitoring background or education

Execute internal SOM policies and procedures and ensure compliance with documentation and reporting standards

Assist in activities related to the implementation, maintenance, support, design, and feedback of Suspicious Order Monitoring program

Analyze and monitor pharmacy transactional activity for trends and exceptions that may indicate potential diversion or fraudulent activity

Identify opportunities to enhance order management efficiency and drive resolutions.

Efficiently complete daily order management tasks.

Demonstrate strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and effective communication.

Manage chargebacks, returns, policy fines, and shortages, keeping records updated.

Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for enhancement.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Previous experience in order management in international environment, with in depth working knowledge of Order and Contract processes & procedures. Invoices

Experience implementing new order management processes and systems (Oracle, SF or other)

Strong project management working approach, with solid management skills to create trackable metrics.

Develop and maintain contract management processes, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliant and efficient administration of contracts

Adhere to ISO 13485, HIPAA Regulations, and the Quality Management System’s standard operating procedures and work instructions.

Strong Interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skill (with experience of presenting at C-Suite level).

A minimum of 4 years combined Logistics, Inventory, Operations Management or Inventory Control experience required.

Remote location: Associate will have no regular requirement to be on-site. Travel on-site is limited to special events.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required in Business or Related Field

Experience with relevant computer applications required including Data Warehouse, MS Office (advanced Excel) and Outlook.

Experience in SAP and WM recommended.

Previous experience with government and or contract order entry and management.

Previous experience supporting government contract requirements for equipment orders.

Demonstrate experience building relationships with remote colleagues. Demonstrated aptitude and success in fostering solid, value-based relationships with internal and external customers.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or Associate’s degree with 5 years of experience, or High School Diploma with 15 years of experience.

Perform troubleshoot on all sales orders and assist to identify and execute various enhancement to all management processes.

Monitor and process all returns according to financial requirements and ensure ISO 9000 compliance.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

Minimum of 3 years customer service -related experience.

Experience working with (Salesforce and Oracle preferred).

Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

6+ years of software/ SAAS experience in deal desk, order management, billing and accounts receivable experience preferred.

Knowledge for all aspects of day-to-day operations to process orders with familiarity in using SFDC and Workday Financials

Participate in the development of metrics and system capabilities to better reconcile and report on global orders related data

Assist Managers in performing internal control procedures to ensure SOX controls

Assist the external audit team regarding all quarterly and annual audit requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or its equivalent

Manage Ad Hoc projects and requests based on business needs.
