Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic order and contract management professional who has proven success leading and planning the order management operations for a fast-paced, global organization with a broad offering portfolio. As 3D Systems is a federal contractor, we are looking for someone who is experienced in working in a regulated environment. This position requires a strong leader with the ability to prioritize, plan and direct the function as well as ensure the customer experience is a prime focus. Know how of processes and requirements related to compliance, public company procedures and international principals are critical to the success of this individual and the global team.

  • Lead contract management and monitoring to ensure compliance with commercial and US government regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and the Defense Feral Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARs)
  • Provide strategic direction for OM department, including monitoring performance metrics, implementing new tools and technology, and ensuring department can meet changing business requirements.
  • Monitor customer experience from order entry to product delivery. Providing analysis and timely reports on customer experience, account activity, sales orders, and KPI performance (use of Excel and PowerBI) .
  • Oversee all global customer order management processes with a focus on delivering superior customer focused approach while meeting internal and external customer requirements and company deadlines.
  • Adhere to ISO 13485, HIPAA Regulations, and the Quality Management System’s standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Support SOX compliance requirements as needed as well as define/redefine controls and processes for best practices.
  • Collaborate with fellow leaders in operations, finance, IT, and internal audit to meet business objectives and develop ongoing enhancements to existing practices.
  • Develop and maintain contract management processes, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliant and efficient administration of contracts
  • Develop and foster a collaborative, success-oriented team environment where team members are empowered and accountable. Accountable for innovation within the customer care technology and analytics domain.
Must be based in the Greater Charlotte Area.
Education & Experience
  • 10+ years previous leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge , Skills & Abilities
  • Requires U.S. citizenship
  • Well-organized, with strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
  • Previous experience in order management in international environment, with in depth working knowledge of Order and Contract processes & procedures. Invoices
  • Strong Interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skill (with experience of presenting at C-Suite level).
  • Excellent problem-solving ability supported through independent analysis and sounds decision making skills
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and competing priorities along with managing ambiguity.
  • Experience of leading teams globally is desired.
  • Strong project management working approach, with solid management skills to create trackable metrics.
  • Good understanding of how all organizational departments function, together with special competence in the particular areas of Sales, Order Management and Supply Chain
  • Ability and desire to roll up their sleeves, get down to granular details at the independent contributor level, hold colleagues accountable, and accomplish any/all presented tasks to time and standard
  • Experience implementing new order management processes and systems (Oracle, SF or other)
