Order Management Analyst Jobs in California

6+ years of software/ SAAS experience in deal desk, order management, billing and accounts receivable experience preferred.

Knowledge for all aspects of day-to-day operations to process orders with familiarity in using SFDC and Workday Financials

Participate in the development of metrics and system capabilities to better reconcile and report on global orders related data

Assist Managers in performing internal control procedures to ensure SOX controls

Assist the external audit team regarding all quarterly and annual audit requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or its equivalent

Excellent analytical skills and experience working with large data sets

2-5 years of relevant work experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

A self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and communication skills

Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite or another major ERP a plus

Investigate and resolve all order related discrepancies to ensure completeness and accuracy of all orders closed in the month

Excellent prioritization and time-management skills

5+ years of operational experience preferred

Experience in NetSuite a plus

Excellent written and oral communication skills
