The Order Operations Analyst has a very important role within our Revenue Operations group. As an Order Operations Analyst, you will be the liaison between sales and decision-making business units. You will be responsible for reviewing and booking opportunities prepared by sales inside the CPQ module of Salesforce, enforcing all written bookings policies and revenue guidelines, and closing deals while confirming or correcting forecasted numbers to maintain accurate reporting for the business.
Why this role is a big deal…
This role is the gateway between sales and revenue. Those in this role work closely with the global sales team to make sure deals have all necessary prerequisites to close, report numbers on complex contracts, advise sales on their compensation and quota, work with commercial teams, and manage approvals. This role is foundational to our strategy as a company, enabling sales to have confidence in their forecasting and reporting.

Sales Support experience. Have previously worked supporting sales teams in the deal negotiation process by providing pricing and contract support, ensuring accuracy and consistency in deal data, helping to streamline and automate workflows.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’re not just comfortable engaging in collaborative discussions, but initiating them, too. You are skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles. When you speak you are clear and concise. Your strong listening skills foster connection with our clients and allows you to accurately collect the right information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way.
Industry expertise. Let’s face it, understanding of Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM) and/or Salesforce platform would allow you to hit the ground running. 1+ year of experience in a SaaS or Salesforce ecosystem, preferably in a Deal Desk role, while operating in high growth environments within the technology industry. Salesforce and CPQ experience is required with Salesforce reporting preferred. Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel required to include experience with Vlookup, Sumif, Pivot Table - please be comfortable with demonstrating these excel functions in an interview.

In keeping with this approach, we’re committed to delivering a competitive compensation and benefits package to all colleagues worldwide. Target compensation is determined by market location for each role.
The following information is provided in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act. The general base salary target for this position in Colorado is 69,190.00 - 76,312.50 - 83,892.88 USD per year; however, the actual base salary offered may increase (or decrease) depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance
