As a People & Office Manager at vivenu, you will...


  • Assist with other upcoming projects, such as creating presentations, marketing materials, and webinars
  • When time permits, support our US Talent Acquisition team with sourcing and recruiting
  • Support our customer experience team, e.g. with customer service and the dispatch of tickets
  • Take over the scheduling, planning, and implementation of events (including our global quarterlies), as well as the organization of (international) trips and meetings
  • Assume responsibility for a wide range of administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies and inventories, mail/parcel shipping, and invoice management
  • Be our first point of contact for employees, customers, visitors, and salespeople - in person, on the phone, and by email
  • Actively support our HR team - be it with onboarding, offboarding, appraisal interviews, or drawing up contracts
  • Contribute to a positive office atmosphere and ensure that all our employees feel comfortable in our office and enjoy coming to work

  • Can manage their time well, know when to work quickly and when to work precisely, and can prioritize well
  • Who always think in a solution-oriented manner and are always enthusiastic about new challenges
  • Are highly proficient with MS Office
  • Bring a lot of experience with a wide variety of administrative tasks and are able to carry them out routinely and independently
  • Have great organizational skills and are not disturbed by short-term changes or time-sensitive inquiries
  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
