3-5 years of experience program management, leadership development, education, and/or other related fields.

Design and implement programs, initiatives, and tools to develop and enhance leadership capabilities.

Strong knowledge of leadership development theories, models, and best practices.

Strong public speaking and facilitation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, and other computer skills

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

Provides leadership and/or consultation to managers in planning, implementing and evaluating new or continuing education programs.

Advises and consults with leadership on leadership development, talent management, training, complex organizational development and change initiatives to meet strategic objectives.

Conducts needs assessment to identify gaps in individual skills that can be addressed through broad based training interventions.

Maintain and administer enterprise training courses and back-office learning plans within Excel Fitness and Planet Fitness learning management systems.

Manage the Performance Review Process in alignment with Excel’s goals and Leadership Core Competencies.

Identify external providers of learning resources, courses, and plans curated for self-led professional development and technical skill building.

Manage mandatory compliance training for the enterprise, including metrics and reporting.

Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate optimally to different audiences, acting with discretion, tact, and persuasion.

Excellent computer literacy and technical expertise with eLearning authoring software. Experience with Planet Fitness University is a plus.

Strong systems/project management skills (proficiency in Excel or Sheets)

Creates and manages systems for team collaboration and project management (e.g., meeting structures, document management, project plans, etc.)

Demonstrated knowledge of adaptive leadership skills

Demonstrated success developing instructional leaders towards performance management standards (Assistant Principals or Principals)

State Principal Certification and/or Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field

Tailoring a provided development roadmap (scope of necessary skills) to align to KIPP NJ/Miami leadership competencies and job domain skills.

Design and deliver our development program for senior leaders, as well as our educational program for all employee-owners

8+ years of progressive experience as an architect or practitioner in leadership development

Substantial experience with development/support programs for senior leaders

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience building operational processes and establishing clear, ambitious KPIs

Establish near- and longer-term development strategies for employee-owners at all levels across portfolio companies
