Overview of Learning and Development Learning and Development is a field of Human Resources that focuses on providing employees with the knowledge, skills, and abilities they need to perform their job roles effectively. It involves designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs that are tailored to the needs of the organization and its employees. Learning and Development professionals are responsible for creating and managing learning and development initiatives that are aligned with the organization’s overall goals and objectives. Detailed Job Description of Learning and Development Learning and Development professionals are responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs that are tailored to the needs of the organization and its employees. This includes developing and implementing training programs, conducting needs assessments, designing and delivering learning materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs. Learning and Development professionals must also stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the field and be able to adapt their programs to meet the changing needs of the organization. Learning and Development Job Skills Required• Knowledge of adult learning principles
