Job Description
Hybrid/Remote Position


What you’ll be doing:


  • Refine and evolve a scalable, measurable, and predictable process for running and growing the team
  • Partner with senior sales management, marketing and other business partners to develop a successful GTM strategy
  • Grow and maintain a very positive team and sales culture
  • Provide regular updates into the effectiveness of current strategy based on data and sales reporting
  • Identify, make recommendations, and implement areas of improvement around process, efficiency, and productivity
  • Recruit, hire, and develop BDRs so that they are successful with our company and long term in their careers


What we expect from you:


  • A consistent track record of 100%+ quota achievement
  • An all-star copywriter that evokes the right emotion from our target audience
  • Have a deep understanding of how to implement and execute a multi-pronged approach
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of proven working experience as a BDR Manager (experience as a sales executive a major plus)
  • Have a passion for working for a mission driven company
  • Proficient cold caller with the ability to train BDRs to be effective callers
