Manages database of past and present foreign edition projects.

Minimum of two years relevant experience in museum or visual arts publishing.

Experience with clearing text and/or image rights for publications.

Acts as Museum’s point-person for procuring image rights and permissions for 20–25 publications per year.

Leads and updates rights clearance training sessions on a one-on-one basis for curatorial staff, new hires, and interns.

Requires one year of professional experience as a Human Rights Investigator II.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Interprets county regulations and federal laws to provide counsel and assistance to managers, county staff and the public on EEO matters.

Prior investigative and analytical experience, to include demonstrated experience conducting complex civil rights investigations.

Experience working with public and private civic groups.

Knowledge of applicable case laws as they relate to human rights.

Current Commonwealth of MA DMH Training certification

5 years plus of nursing or social work experience in behavioral health

Educating and informing patients of their rights, including the right to file a complaint.

Acting as a resource to the patients regarding the program’s guidelines

Advocating for and assisting any patient whose rights have been, are being, or are at risk of being denied

Assisting to resolve, through all available mechanisms, the patient’s human rights issues.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign) is preferred.

Maintaining and expanding a database of strategic media contacts; crafting curated media lists for HRF press releases.

Liaising with the creative team to meet creative needs for all public-facing content (i.e., blog posts, press releases, etc.).

Drafting and designing email communications.

Maintaining the schedule of the official HRF podcast series.

Initiate and manage knowledge production and publications processes related to the Programme;

Prepare briefing notes and background materials to serve the information needs of senior managers, other UNFPA colleagues and relevant partners.

Experience using a DAM tool or contract management system (doesn’t matter which one) with flexibility to learn a new system.

Locate, organize, and ingest rights information for a backlog of content intended for upload to the digital asset management (DAM) tool.

Liaise with Asset Managers and assist with organizing and uploading content as needed.

Must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Be the point of contact to aid individual teams/agencies with ingesting their own rights information and answering general inquiries.

Connect the dots between missing projects/information and agency/team onboarding efforts.

Maintain an update appropriate case file records, including paper files, and online case management systems.

Conduct interviews of complainants, respondents, witnesses via phone, office interview, or onsite interview, using generally accepted investigative interviewing principles.

Represent DRW on coalitions and committees that address voting issues, including the legal and civil rights of people with disabilities.

Manage and report on the BPDD grant for the Wisconsin Disability Vote Coalition and other grassroots and policy activities.

Minimum 2 years’ experience working on advocacy or voting issues.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write concisely, precisely, and compellingly; outstanding editing skills.

Requirements for consultant - skills & qualifications

Advanced university degree (Masters or above) in human rights, international relations, (humanitarian and/or development) or relevant first-hand experience.

Experience in structuring and implementing results-oriented workshops.

Excellent writing skills and proven ability to synthesize complex ideas into user friendly formats.

A succinct inception report to ensure mutual understanding of the consultant's plan of action and timeline for conducting the consultancy.
