• Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries and complaints, provide guidance on policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
• Payroll: Process payroll and ensure accuracy of employee records.
• Other: Perform other duties as assigned.
