Assists with performance management process and manager coaching.
Supports key compliance initiatives on an ongoing basis and drafts required employee / manager communication.
Manages administration of workers’ compensation claims and follow up on open claims.
Manages ad-hoc reporting and associated analysis and reconciliation of data as needed to ensure compliance with state, federal and location regulations.

The Human Resources Operations Generalist is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department in a variety of areas, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Human Resources Operations Generalist is responsible for the following tasks:

• Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries and complaints, provide guidance on policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
• Payroll: Process payroll and ensure accuracy of employee records.
• Other: Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
