Senior Business Systems Analyst

Position: QA Lead (HP ALM)
Location: Richmond, VA 23219
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Note: Client is looking for someone who can work remotely but must be close enough willing to come onsite just 1-2 times per month.
Quick description of the role or project story (What this role will be doing):

• Expert knowledge of HP ALM operation, reporting and usage. Client utilizes HP ALM QC v16.

Prior experience operating in the following capacity:

• Oversight and driving of test script authoring by IT and business as well as data quality of testing (assigned tester, execution week identified, etc...)
• Facilitate development of cross system integrated test scenarios and scripts.
• Report on progress and attainment of weekly execution goals.
• Operate as a lead under Enterprise Work and Asset Management (EWAM) Project Manager for the Product, SIT 1, SIT 2, UAT phases.
• Ensure failed/blocked scripts have defects identified that are prohibiting execution
• Conduct daily washup meetings with affected testers to review defects and ensure correct priority is assigned. Also, assigning defect to the right team.

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
