Hris Senior Analyst - Remote

Our client, a food and beverage service is looking for a HRIS Senior Analyst to join their HR systems team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for providing systems and data management support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has a strong focus on accuracy.

*Please note this is a temp role - $30-$40/h*

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and system documentation
• Create, process, and troubleshoot errors for the data integrations to/from UKG to/from other vendors such as HCM, Scheduling system, analytics platform, etc.
• Partner with Human Resources to ensure data accuracy in the implementation of the UKG Dimensions system
• Work with internal, and/or vendor resources to update UKG configurations and/or interfaces based on changes needed to support business decisions, such as vendor changes, policy changes, and mergers & acquisitions.
• Special projects as assigned
• Act as a system administrator for the UKG Dimensions system across the organization
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve existing processes regarding data entry & data integrity
• Assist Human Resources in system testing, data validation, and data entry task for implementation of UKG Dimensions and Workday

Qualifications

• Experience with, UKG Dimension or Workday is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal; skills.
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other data analysis tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR system maintenance and implementation, specifically using and managing UKG Dimensions
• Ability to work well within a team, individually and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HR laws and regulations.
