Hris Senior Business Systems Analyst Jobs in Oregon

Exposure to functional or strategic Human Capital Management a plus

Adapt to evolving project management styles founded on the Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step implementation methodology

Experience traveling independently and ability to travel regularly for work, ~50-75% (10-15 days a month)

Participate as an active member on implementation teams consisting of functional and technical consultants, solutions architects, project managers, developers and trainers

Write functional requirements and functional design documents for new product, creative configurations, and client-driven customizations

Technically adept, scrappy, and self-motivated

Strong experience supporting IT Project managers with mature Project Management Methodologies.

Strong experience in IT Business systems and technical analysis.

Experience using business analysis best practices and standard methodologies, e.g. (BABOK).

Strong experience as a business analyst supporting projects with complex integrated IT applications and infrastructure.

Experience with collaboration tools such as Project Online, SharePoint, TEAMS, Team Foundation Server (TFS), and O365.

Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
