Distribution Analyst Jobs

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Distribution, as the Distribution Analyst you will provide strategic analysis, standard reporting, non-distribution support, and communication assistance for our business and some of our team leaders. We will work together to keep our Eastern distribution region operational and efficient, powered by your analytics and support.

STRATEGIC ANALYSIS BUSINESS PLANNING

Annual planning: analyze preliminary revenue and budget data, preparing for the Sr. Director's approval You will play an active role in our planning cycle (roll-up, plan-to-actual gap analyses, progress reporting, etc.) Distributor Partner reporting accuracy validation (individual performance, live annual business plans, etc.) Support volume forecasting

POINT OF SALE MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING

POS Validation: track steps the Distributor Partner Manager goes through to validate POS ordering Standard reports (re: continuous improvement on standardized reporting) Measure Distributor Partner management project results Canned reports (defined by business, DP management project, and team needs) Prepare reporting for Red Bull Prepare reporting for the Sr. Director, Distribution (issues to cover, actions)

Support Of Other Teams

You will communicate with our headquarters in Santa Monica, CA Work with our National accounts All other teams across our Eastern regional team (Regional Account Managers, Director of Marketing/ Key Account Managers/ On-Premise/Musketeers, and others).

COMMUNICATION

Support the Sr. Director in preparing for weekly updates and monthly sales meetings Aid the Distributor Partners with invoice payables aging and problem statuses

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

• Experience converting analytics into insights
• Experience facilitating working relationships with finance leads at Distributor Partners
• Understanding of core distribution roles and organization
• Experience with Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint, and Tableau
• Knowledge of retail landscape (local accounts, regional accounts, and National accounts)
• 2+ years experience in Analyst role within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or similar field
• Comfort in a non-field role (e.g., 90% in Office)

Compensation: $70,000 - $105,000

Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
