Overview The Customer Excellence Manager is responsible for ensuring that customers receive the highest quality of service and support. This role is responsible for developing and implementing customer service strategies that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Customer Excellence Manager will also be responsible for monitoring customer service performance, providing feedback to staff, and developing customer service policies and procedures. Detailed Job Description The Customer Excellence Manager is responsible for developing and implementing customer service strategies that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role will be responsible for monitoring customer service performance, providing feedback to staff, and developing customer service policies and procedures. The Customer Excellence Manager will also be responsible for identifying customer service trends and opportunities for improvement, as well as developing and implementing customer service training programs.
