In this role you will...
  • Own overall capabilities of Reckitt's US Customer Supply Chain and ensures the company is meeting customer needs and can support Supply strategy
  • Manage development and the implementation of future Network Optimization analysis and modeling capability for Reckitt
  • Identify, plan, and implement new and enhanced capability projects across Reckitt's Customer Supply Chain & Logistics functions
  • Develop and implement Customer Supply Chain programs such as: CPU, Rapid Replenishment and Direct Plant Ship
  • Identify and create future processes, resources, and system capabilities; Lead VSM exercises to identify capability gaps
  • Determine value-add capabilities for advanced customer engagement, connectivity, and collaboration; support implementation of aligned plans in collaborations with key customers
  • Identify and analyze business opportunities within Cost to Serve (CTS) and execute continuous improvement measures
  • Own industry benchmarking and be the liaison to trends and expectations across the CPG industry
  • Support system integration & transition projects for ERP, WMS, and TMS
  • Lead automation efforts in Reckitt's journey to become a touchless Supply Chain; assist with EDI capabilities, order touch reduction, automated POs, perfect orders, etc.
  • Support & manage audit activities on behalf of the team, including process outline, evidence, and remedy as needed to ensure compliance

You’ll succeed because you have…
  • High proficiency in computer systems and software
  • A customer mindset and can translate customer needs into supply chain solutions
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to think progressively to advance supply chain processes and management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management experience; PMP Certification is considered a plus
