A Brief Overview
Improving organizational performance within the Retail Account Management Department. The goal is to profitably maximize retail volume and revenue while increasing value share growth. This to be accomplished by working closely with the Retail VP's/Directors, Category Advisory, Shopper Marketing, Commercialization, Finance, Sales Operations, Product Supply, HR, Public Affairs and Information Systems to develop and execute thoughtful service level agreement strategies that promote profitable sales growth enabling Swire Retail to meet/exceed our business objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Leads a portfolio of projects and team(s) in the review and analysis of moderate to large retail account processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Manages multiple channel selling strategies including the Future of Retail strategy and transitioning our customer wiring strategy into a digital platform
  • Develop proposals to incorporate new technology and selling techniques where appropriate
  • Lead the Retail Account Management Team's initiative to become our "Zero User" to establish and prioritize ERA use cases
  • Maintaining the Continuous Improvement Matrix to include process and plan enhancements while embracing creativity and a culture of innovation
  • Leads and facilitates (service level agreement) continuous improvement actions to review and examine project completion, obstacles, problem resolution, timelines, recommendations, and conclusions. Issues summary reports on regular basis.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Professional Sales, Business, or related discipline. preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data platforms such as PowerBI and Anaplan (Medium proficiency)
  • 1-2 years' experience with project management preferred or
  • 4-6 years experience in beverage or fast moving consumer goods industry. required and
  • Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships (High proficiency)
  • High School Diploma (or GED) required or
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, collaborative business planning and coordination of people and resources. (High proficiency)
  • 4-6 years key account management experience with national/regional customer (top ACV accounts) (directly or having managed) required or
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. (High proficiency)
  • 4-6 years strong experience driving process improvement initiatives using leading industry methodologies such as lean 6 sigma (dmaic, dfss etc.) required and
  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems. (Medium proficiency)
  • Strong financial and business acumen. (High proficiency)
  • 8-10 years sales experience and customer management required and
  • 1-2 years' experience with sales capabilities preferred
