Overview A Corporate Events Associate is responsible for planning and executing corporate events, such as conferences, meetings, and other special events. They are responsible for coordinating all aspects of the event, from budgeting and scheduling to vendor selection and on-site management. They must be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and staff, to ensure that the event runs smoothly and meets the client’s expectations. Detailed Job Description The Corporate Events Associate is responsible for the planning and execution of corporate events, such as conferences, meetings, and other special events. They will work with clients to develop event plans and budgets, coordinate vendors and staff, and manage the event on-site. The Corporate Events Associate will be responsible for ensuring that the event runs smoothly and meets the client’s expectations. • Knowledge of event planning and management
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in event planning, hospitality, business, or related field
• At least two years of experience in event planning and management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of event planning and management
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of marketing and public relations
• Knowledge of customer service
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in event planning and management
• Experience in working with vendors and clients
• Experience in managing on-site events
Job Responsibilities
• Develop event plans and budgets in collaboration with clients
• Coordinate vendors and staff for the event
• Manage the event on-site, including setup and breakdown
• Ensure that the event runs smoothly and meets the client’s expectations
• Monitor event budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget
• Provide customer service to vendors and clients
• Track event progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
