We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Event Manager to join their team! You will be entrusted with set-up/strike and reporting on all events sponsored or attended by Liberty Source staff.


Position Responsibilities


  • Stay current on competitor presence at events, booth types, offers, promotions, etc.
  • Manage coordination of event details; registration, sponsorships, payment of fees, travel arrangements etc.
  • Create and manage internal event process from vetting, event request, fulfillment/run of show to post-mortem
  • Coordinate shipment of equipment and materials to/from each event
  • Manage vendor relationships and inventory for all company promotional items
  • Significant travel required; including overnight stays
  • Accompany other team members representing Liberty Source at selected trade shows and events
  • Procure and manage company booth, banners and related exhibitor equipment
  • Set up one or more data capture (e.g., badge scanner) mechanisms to collect and harvest contact information at each event
  • Set up event-level tracking and budget to enable results reporting for each event (e.g., number of leads generated, cost per lead)
  • Research and recommend new techniques, methods, vehicles to maintain a competitive advantage for Liberty Source conference participation
  • Assemble and maintain potential events list where Liberty Source will have a presence and/or senior staff attendance
  • Research and recommend shows, events and member organizations that should be considered
Candidate background


  • 3+ years prior experience in B2B event coordination/management, having managed 10 or more major events
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related studies
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to consistently meet objectives independently
  • Must be able to commute to Corporate office – required 1-2 days in the office to meet department needs
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Familiarity with ExhibitDay platform a plus
  • Understanding of event process coordination/management, vendor coordination/management, promotional items inventory control, travel arrangements
  • Experience with set-up and break down of exhibits
  • Self-starter, sleeves rolled-up approach
