Overview An Audience Coordinator is responsible for managing the audience for a variety of events, including concerts, plays, and other live performances. They are responsible for ensuring that the audience is comfortable and safe, and that the event runs smoothly. They may also be responsible for coordinating with other departments, such as marketing and ticketing, to ensure that the event is successful. Detailed Job Description An Audience Coordinator is responsible for managing the audience for a variety of events, including concerts, plays, and other live performances. They are responsible for ensuring that the audience is comfortable and safe, and that the event runs smoothly. This includes setting up seating, providing directions, and managing the flow of the audience. They may also be responsible for coordinating with other departments, such as marketing and ticketing, to ensure that the event is successful. They may also be responsible for providing customer service to the audience, such as answering questions or resolving any issues that may arise. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
