Job Summary


Leverages an in-depth knowledge of the data available through the system�s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Partnership Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, as well as other market insight resources, to help develop audience-centric marketing strategies for both consumers and physicians. Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, supports other members of the Marketing and Communications Department to ensure all plans are data-driven, highly targeted, on-brand, on-message, and designed to drive growth in awareness, preference, usage, and physician referrals.


Continually assesses the data for market insights, developing a 360-degree understanding of RSFH�s key audiences, their demographics, motivations, and patterns of behavior and usage. Develops personas and customer journey maps to guide marketing campaigns. Recommends marketing strategies to reach target audiences, constructs and tests segmentation plans, assists in the development and execution of messaging and marketing tactics, and optimizes strategies post-launch.


Works closely with the Marketing Automation Specialist to identify and implement best practices in integrating email, short message service (SMS) and other push strategies into campaign, with a focus on appropriate messaging, cadence, and measurement. Manages the ongoing relationship with the CRM company, serving as the liaison for the Marketing and Communications Department, developing a campaign dashboard template and campaign performance reports, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and retention.


Stays current with the latest trends in CRM and market intelligence, making recommendations to the team as appropriate.


Minimum Qualifications


Education: Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent field of study.


Experience: At least five years of experience in CRM and multi-channel marketing strategies. Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrated skill in CRM, project and vendor management, communication, problem-solving and teamwork. Must be able to demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities. Healthcare experience preferred.
