Responsibilities:

• Work with our vendors to execute, track and manage our subscriber marketing campaigns
• Assist the department manager in compiling data for monthly reports. This would include tracking, analyzing and reporting of this data as instructed
• Assist with the monthly magazine issue closes working with our fulfillment vendor, Production Department and Audience Development Manager
• Departmental record keeping, downloading/uploading digital files and a variety of administrative duties

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High school degree or commensurate experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work within a team problem solve
• Database management experience a plus

The base salary range for this position is: $37,500 to $40,000

Our pay range reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Pay within this range varies by work location and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
