- This position is based at our National Executive Office (Hybrid) in Memphis, TN. We offer relocation support for new hires that are not currently based in the Memphis, TN area. *

- At-scale Financial Institution experience strongly desired
- Proven ability to communicate well verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders of different levels, including experience presenting to senior executives with the ability to simplify complex information in a clear manner.

- Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years practical experience, including 3 years managing people &/or leading cross-functional teams.

- Proven and demonstrated leadership skills including relationship building, collaborating with clear ability to influence, gain buy-in, and negotiate with a diverse group of business partners/stakeholders including senior management.

- A demonstrated strong working knowledge of various Martech platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to participate effectively in a team environment and works well with a variety of others.
