Strong experience in strategic management, planning and execution.

Responsible for the management of an internal GMP inventory management system.

Responsible for partnering with other Commercial Functions (Quality, Regulatory, Finance, IT, etc.).

Manages Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for commercial products.

Prior experience in Drug Substance and/or Drug Product manufacturing, MSAT, and QA is preferred.

Prior experience with commercial supply chains and S&OP is preferred.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Develop and manage manufacturing budgets, focusing on cost control and optimization.

Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership positions within manufacturing operations and engineering, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.

Circuit design experience is highly advantageous for this role.

Experience with Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA) and Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA).

Knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and its application to manufacturing processes and designs.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Experience working with suppliers on DFx for PCBAs and product assembly
