Knowledge / Experience / Skills Required

Leads change management activities for area of responsibility.

Ten years of managerial experience with budgetary responsibility in the consumer/electro-mechanical industry preferred.

Knowledge of current Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation and standards.

Demonstrated results in process improvement and experience in reliability best practices and programs

Must possess knowledge of best practices in: Business and management, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources and Project Management

Must possess advanced knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

An ideal candidate will have proven senior management experience in a highly dynamic setting

Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans

Possession of at least a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Management or a related field is required

Work with plant manager and office manager to develop and improve supplier relationships
